Friendly staff, comfy beds, clean room, great management, polite staff despite busy hotel. Beautiful, new and fun, amazing staff, relaxing rooftop, central location. Warm greeting, early check-in, impeccable service, delicious food, pet-friendly. Well-done rooms, attentive staff, nice outside space, plenty of dining options, rooftop bar with great view. Impressive, spacious room with luxurious furnishings and finishes, wished for longer stay.

We were impressed by the exquisite design, with a beautiful garden area and an infinity pool with stunning views. the spa and wellness center offered excellent services, including a full body massage and a steam room that left us feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant's menu had a wide range of dishes and the bar had lovely cocktails with a poolside snack bar that we indulged in. the room had many exclusive amenities which fulfilled our luxurious needs.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the hotel staff was not very friendly at times. They seemed a bit prejudiced and ignored us while we were standing at the concierge counter.

As a couple, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel pampered throughout our visit. The room was beautifully furnished and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel's location, slightly further out from the main shopping areas, offered a peaceful and relaxing stay. We loved having access to Sindhorn Village, which had amazing food options. The hotel also provided a convenient shuttle service to the nearest train station. The bathrooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast options were diverse and delicious. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with an amazing bathroom with a luxurious shower and bathtub. I also had an really good massage at the spa, surpassing my experience at another well-known spa in the area. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider returning.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few minor drawbacks. The navigation around the hotel, particularly the pedestrian walk path and the clarity of exits, could have been improved.
